Mailburster is owned and operated by Cryvis Software LLP. By using our services, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
Welcome to Mailburster, a lightweight bulk email campaign platform built for AWS SES users. These Terms govern your use of campaign creation workflows, CSV recipient uploads, personalization, delivery infrastructure, analytics, and reporting.
Access to Mailburster is secured through Stack Auth-based authentication workflows, including passwordless and OAuth-based identity verification where enabled. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication methods, devices, and linked identity providers. Any actions performed through an authenticated session are considered authorized by your account.
By accessing, registering for, or using Mailburster, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all use of the platform including campaign creation, CSV imports, AWS SES integrations, merge-tag personalization, analytics dashboards, exports, APIs, and related features. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You retain ownership of all uploaded CSV recipient data, merge tags, and campaign content. You represent that all recipients were collected lawfully and that you have the required legal basis, consent, or legitimate interest to contact them. Mailburster may automatically remove invalid, duplicate, bounced, or complained addresses to protect deliverability.
Mailburster acts as a campaign workflow, orchestration, and analytics layer on top of your connected AWS infrastructure. All Amazon SES and Amazon SNS usage charges, including email sending, event notifications, bounce destinations, complaint webhooks, click/open tracking events, and any related AWS bandwidth or storage costs, are solely your responsibility and will be billed directly by AWS to your account. You are also fully responsible for SES quotas, sandbox restrictions, suppression behavior, DNS alignment, account reputation, and AWS enforcement actions. Mailburster is not liable for AWS throttling, suspensions, blacklisting, SNS delivery failures, or AWS-wide incidents.
Mailburster tracks sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, and suppressions on a best-effort basis. Metrics may be impacted by privacy proxies, image blocking, mailbox provider scanners, bot clicks, delayed event destinations, or AWS webhook latency. Analytics should be treated as directional operational data rather than guaranteed exact numbers.
Uploaded CSV files may be automatically deleted after a retention period. Aggregated analytics may remain available longer for reporting purposes. Raw logs may be archived for abuse detection, billing disputes, debugging, and compliance obligations. You are responsible for exporting reports you need before deleting campaigns or closing your account.
Mailburster subscription fees cover access to the software platform, campaign workflow, dashboards, exports, and premium features depending on your plan. AWS SES sending costs are always billed separately by Amazon Web Services. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may suspend campaigns or accounts immediately if bounce or complaint thresholds exceed safe limits, if abuse patterns are detected, if payments fail, or if continued use creates operational or legal risk. Upon termination, campaign data may be deleted after a grace period, though limited logs may be retained for compliance and fraud prevention.
Mailburster is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, inbox placement, event accuracy, delivery success, or compatibility with every mailbox provider behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mailburster is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, sender reputation damage, AWS charges, SES account actions, blacklisting, inaccurate analytics, downtime, or customer disputes. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
